What I know is tfs's big selling point on there sbf head's are the valve position allow's them to be used with stock piston's "depending on cam". If You are considering the AFR's head's I would recommend the valve spring upgrade. [/qb]
The base spring's wer'nt enough for Me with an F cam & charger. You might be able to get by with the base they offer "with the E " but it cant be much to upgrade them and it is a bitch to do them later unless the head's are already off the car. They might be ok NA but if You throw some boost on there I bet they will float like Mine did at 5300 RPM. Do a search on here and www.corral.net before You order Em or at least I would if it were My money! :patriot: [/qb]
johnB will be doin the work for me, so when the time is near, i will look into that more with him see what he thinks. my stock gt40 heads, i upgraded them with the tfs valve spring upgrade kit. maybe he can switch em over or somethin, but thanks for ur .02 :patriot: [/qb]
John will steer You the rite way. :patriot: [/QB]
