So what's a good safe compression ratio for a 363 dart iron eagle forged internal with a novi 2000 @ about 15 psi, all so what's the best cam for a combo like that.

I'm still a rookie but I think 8 or 9:1 would be considered blower friendly.
At least you know what your building ahead of time. I did my build as 10:1 then dropped the blower in it. <Hindsight is not my friend>

I would use anything between 9:1 to 10:1 compression, but you will have a hard time making 15lbs of boost with a Novi2000 and 363 unless you use Cogged pulleys.

With water meth 10.1 will be fine as far as cam goes call Anderson motor sports up and tell them ur configuration and they will build you a cam to go with ur set up
