In a word.... YES. I have the Griggs front coilovers on my car & on my next mustang I would never go back to conventional springs up front. The rears aren't really needed, unless you're hardcore tracking it. My setup is Koni yellows all around, Griggs front coilovers, Hypercoil springs and Maximum C/C plates. You won't regret it if you go with them.

Yes.
It depends what you are doing with your car to see what the best application is.
MM, Griggs, Strange, AFCO are all good.
