I have a autometer oil pressure guage and sender. There is not enough clearance around the oil pressure sender hole in the block to install the new one. The new one is too large in diameter. The original sender is right next to the oil filter. Any ideas on how to install the new sender would be great.

Thanks.....

Many 5.0 and 5.8 engines had an extension for the oil pressure sender. You could go to Pick and Pull to find one and then go to Ace Hardware or any hardware store to get a tee if you want to run both gauges.
