i have an 88 5.0 with 160k miles. i noticed that i need to add a quart of oil around every 1500 miles. it does not smoke at all on start up or nothing. there is no leaks either. i have a 100hp zex n2o kit and i am wondering if the oil burning is any sign that i should not run n2o. the oil pressure at 2000 rpms is 55psi and the engine vac is 20. which is exactially what it should be at. so besides the oil burnin there is no other problems with this engine. checking the spark plugs dont show no sign of oil on them either. WHERE THE HELL IS THE OIL GOING??

That sounds normal for a stang with 160k miles. Mine use to burn a quart about every 2k miles before I put in the rebuilt 306.

Sounds pretty normal. My friends and I noticed that our cars would generally go through a quart every 1000-1500 miles, give or take.
