Im gettin ready to replace my shortblock. What all do i need to do this. Im just wondering all gaskets, what head studs(part number) to get, anythign i might need to switch shortblocks. Also, what valve covers will clear the cobra intake and 1.72s with F cam? Thanks!

So far these are the head gaskets im getting- Felpro 10112.

This engine will be seeing about 12 psi, has edelbrock heads and ported cobra intake. Thanks.

For a boosted application I'd use better HG's.
FRPP M6051-B51 Graphite gaskets are awesome.
I'd also use ARP studs, torqued to 70/75 w/ARP moly lube.
Summit sells the R.A.C.E. gasket set that has all the other gaskets you'll need. (oil pump, front/rear main seals, water pump, timing cover, etc.) ~$25
