I build trannies, but have never heard of a "jerry mod", fill me in on what this is and I will let you know if I can do it.

Hmm? I thought that it's kind of very famous mod.
Basically mod includes a couple of modifications to valve body separator plate and elimination of some accumulator springs. This mod is developed by one of FORD automatic transmission engineeres Jerry Wroblewski, it's supposed to firm up shifts and make them faster.
All details at
http://www.tccoa.com/articles/tranny/index.html#
Check out all articles marked by "Jerry's mod".
The mod itself has "Modifying valve body to Jerry's specification" title.
Let me know what you think of it.
Thanks.
