i shouldnt run into any clearance issues runnin a 245/45/17 on a 9 inch rim on my fox with sn95 front susp on it right.

No problems, I'm running a 265/45/18 in the front and 275/45/18 n the rear

You should be good, im running a 245/45 with no problems. I got an eibach pro kit and 9" wide cobras. The wheel still hits the control arm though still at full lock.

I might be weird but the wheel hitting the control arm doesn't seem like no problems to me.
