Hey everyone,
I currently have a '94 Mustang GT and I want to throw in a new motor and transmission. I was wondering what crate motor and trans mission combo would be best for a daily driver yet still able to perform on the track? I also want to keep the motor N/A. Along with swapping in the new motor and tranny, what are the other essentials I need to know in order to have a nice street/strip set-up for my car? I basically need every detail there is to know about this because this would be my first motor/tranny swap. Thanks guys

- Tim

PM Yellow94GT. He has a 347 stroker in his 'Stang. It has bolt-ons, no tuning, and he runs 11.3's.

I must admit that my setup is far from a crate motor but on the other hand [worship] for N/A power [Big Grin]

your money will be better spent going to a shop that builds engines and talking with them about what you want from the car. Problem with crate motors are that you wind up swapping out a lot of the parts anyway. We do a lot of 331, 347's etc. Feel free to shoot me an email..
