My car blows white smoke sometimes out the pipes when I am racing and I start squeezing.

My buddys 98 cobra also started doing it yesterday when he got on it next to me. But he wasnt squeezing.

What could this be from? Is it a head gasket failure?

Alright thanks Nate. There isnt oil in the coolant nor is there water in the oil. But this happens day or night so I doubt that its condinstation in the pipes. Maybe I did blow a small piece of the head gasket out. My car did start idling rough all of a sudden.

also anouther trick for head gaskets is, if u take ur car to a smog station and your car running warm take the cap off the radiator and get the prope for the smog machine if there is high carbon dioxide in ur coolant then u got a blow headgasket

WHEN 4.6'S BLOW HEAD GASKETS THEY PUFF CLOWDS OF WHITE SMOKE OUT THE EXHAUST SO UNLESS YOU HAVE CLOWDS OF WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT YOUR EXHAUST THEN ITS PROBABLY NOT YOUR HEAD GASKET
