They are chrome or what's left of the chrome anyways just kinda oxidized ... Good candidate for some wheel paint action. No cracks bends,structurally sound just need some cleaning. Good for rollers or burners street two tires are mix matched and should be replaced two are Michelin 245-40-r17 about 40%
Michelin 225-55-r17 about 50% left but cracking
Zeno uhp 225-45-r17 75%
