like the title says. 2 of my wheels have tires,2 don't. " COBRA R" CENTER CAPS ARE INCLUDED JUST NOT PICTURED(wheels didn't come with center caps when I picked them up and had to buy a extra set to go with these wheels). 1 wheel does have damage on the lip but does not leak and can be easily fixed. Wheels clean up nice, just dirty due to the fact someone used a table saw and got saw dust everywhere. $600FIRM!510.329.8918
