good t-45 transmission-sold

1-4r70w out of Mach1 complete conversion kit tranny cooler, lines, flex plate torque converter needs a rebuild I was told it made huming noise at 75-85 speeds $350

Set of Ported Windsor Pi heads have valve springs and retainers but no valves. $250 o.b.o
