It doesn't fit the holes of a GT but you can drill the holes on the bumper and it will work, just some minor modifications, i have the same lip on my 2014 GT and it looks pretty good

Sold mine to a guy for $80 and I guess he was able to mount it to his V6 with a bit of fabrication.
