Make me an offer. Locked to the VIN of my old '01 GT, still functions as a code and data reader but you can't tune unless you send it to SCT to have it unlocked.

Yes it is $150 to unlock.
I have one here as well that a customer left.
He thought it could be used on his new car.
It has to be sent to SCT for them to unlock, and yes it is $150.
