Im in need of a lower mile rebuilt block with lifters, rockers and heads installed. I have the intake and accessories (shortblock with heads, long lock with no acc/intake?)

I'd prefer a motor with a cam as smog isn't an issue, but stock is fine. I have cash in hand, but am trying to stay around/under a grand or so. (Might be dreaming... )

I can pick it up in the southbay, possibly a bit farther.

My buddy has one I just built. 200 miles. Made 470 at the wheels he removed it and replaced it with a boss block.
