So pretty much there is no way i can finish this car up. Just bad timing for me right now. So im going to just sell it or part it out preferably sell as a whole

Got an offer to trade for an 85 notchback 4cyl clean title smogged and tagged but has oil pan leak and exhaust is leak,
Should i do it?

I looked the vin up for the car
And it shows a front end collision with air bags deployed
What should i look for as far as damage or red flags?
