Could just be the pictures but you appear to have a sunken seat or something going on with valve stem height in that picture on the exhaust side.........

Im not interested, I am just pointing out something that might be of issue to potential buyers of these excellent small block heads. I do recommend you delete that picture and post new ones to assist in your sale.
