I don't know how or why my last post was moved to general talk and the topic closed. Here is the link to my previous post. For those that are wondering what my ball park is, I have been offered $8500 some months ago when it never crossed my mind in selling. I don't need to sell it. However, I would let it go if the money is right. I can the money for my future business...

Your biggest mistake was not accepting $8,500 and running straight to the nearest corner mkt to buy a lottery ticket!
