Gt-40 intakes are smog legal anyway, i have on my Lincoln as well as many others. you have a very unique car and looks good too. but i just dont undertsand why you said smog legal??

gt40 intake,aluminum heads,headers are ford motorsport items,and dont have carb eo #s that make them smog legal in california

this car has an executive order,that allows these parts to be on the car and be smog legal

You couldn't be any more wrong. There isn't any GT-40 tubular intakes that come with a Carb E.O. #. I think you are talking about the explorer type intakes that came factory on many different Ford/Mercury cars.The sellers car's gt40 tubular intake on his car is specific to his car alone.

I am refering the Tubalur type, I have two, smog guy never said anything when i get it smogged, that is the reason for my question, well now I know, maybe next smog time I wont be so lucky. I know a lot of Lincoln guys put these on and they never mentioned it was not smog legal.
