And FYI...a race car with this kind of setup usually will be TRACK-ONLY/OFF-ROAD USE ONLY! I doubt you'll find anything nearly as modified as this car with a "clean title," let alone a title in general!

I tried texting, i can't make phone calls while i'm at work. For the record, i've bought all of my cars in the sac area. And i live in LA, doesnt sound like a tire kicker now huh?. I didnt think i'd have to go through so much to have a simple fucking question answered.

That's great, but i was asking the OP. Not you, i like to run my cars in multiple classes, some of which require plates, tags and insurance. Which is why i asked in the first place, second if there's no title i dont want it anyhow.
