Nope. Lately they have been waiving late fees but you still have to pay reg fees for each missed year. 8 years out I'm unsure how that would work as I hear their new system keeps cars from "falling out".

Im pretty sure maximum back registration is 4yrs so your most likely to pay around $500
looks like a clean body notch which go for $3000 running beater condition "Idk why but they do"
So spending like $2000 on car and back reg. and some elbow grease it can be a good deal.
