I tried buying an off road x pipe for my 96 gt and this place by my house told me that ther illegal in California so bbk won't sell it to them but he told me to order it from summit racing and I did I got mine already I payed 245 with shipping so order it from summit bro. Bbk will ship to them cause they are in Nevada so they just ship it to u after

way better sound. i have a slp catted x pipe right now that im taking off to replace with a upr offroad x pipe. i love the sound and peeformance of upr.
