I had same problem got AAA had my 50 towed wouldn't home 48 hours Later. Best 107$ ever spent got 3 100mile tows left and already got $10 free gas 3 times already I'm ready next time qaudrant easy to fix at home. I tried a single hook and it wouldn't fix problem you mite need a double or triple hook quadrant with firewall adjusted FYI good luck.
