My stock flywheel was cracked and that's all that was available. But there is no difference in power or feel.

just more rotating mass being that its heavier [Razz]

Yea, but at least I don't have to worry about aluminum cracking and...well, it takes a longer for revs to lower between shifts so...that can be a good thing. [Razz]

so if it takes longer for revs to lower, it must take longer for it to rev higher, which can be a bad thing! [Razz]

How is this helping the OP sell his car? If you are not interested, you should move on and stop derailing the OP's effort to sell his car.

I was interested in why he went with a iron flywheel instead of a stock aluminum or aftermarket aluminum. Being a Cobra owner if I go to fix/replace something I make sure it's done correctly with equal or greater value stock parts. I think this post was derailed back in January from when it was first posted for sale.

There's nothing wrong with putting an iron flywheel that weighs a WHOPPING 10lbs heavier on this car and just because I didn't go stock doesn't mean it's done incorrectly, I do get all my work done at AED after all so...?

But my situation has changed so, no longer selling.
