The reason your tank is leaking is because the rubber grommet for the filler neck is ripped. It's easy to replace, it's cheap part like $7 and it takes about an hour to do if that.

Also to anyone thats saying I'll buy an 03/04 Cobra.

A stock 03/04 cobra makes 390 Crank HP. Expect to spend 20k for a decent one thats not raped yet, then another 5-8k to make it to 500 rwhp.

Not a wise investment.

it is a bad ass car. All I was saying is that Id rather buy an 03 Cobra. Yeah 14k wont buy it but it would be a nice down payment. This is a public forum, not to mention America. it takes 5-8k to make to 500rwhp? How about a smaller pulley/ported blower and a tune? Thats about $1000 bucks. And cobras make about 380RWHP. They underated it a bit as they do with most mustangs.
