Sorry, just noticed your question. I am really not sure. I believe you can still run the rear seat. This came with a car I bought so I actually have never had it installed.
Might also consider trade for amp, subwoofers, and front or rear speakers.

no it wont be functional i have the same one in my mustang and it wont fit unless you modify it. Also rear lower interior panels have to come off
