i got a 11-99 chp foundation "member" license plate frame...its the "get out of a ticket " plate frame....i have the frame only...no badge or anything else.....you usually have to pay $1800 to get one and i think they raised the price to $10,000.....im asking $400 or best offer.....ill take fox body parts....as a trade......pm me if your interested

yea you need a certificate and a 11-99 wallet with a badge in it for that liscence plate to mean anything
