the person that had it for 3650 was not me. He wanted to get rid of it...I was offered more for the rims already... and my phone is in my truck. Ill charge it up now.

I've been told it can run in the 12's, however its tuned down for the street at the moment and probably runs somewhere in the 13's.

5500 obo.

I think you missed the point completely. He doesn't need to have fixed anything - if it's worth 5500 to someone and he paid 3650, end of story.
