nice heads they are not emissions legal never have been. But you can pass them off as GT40Y heads which are emmisions legal. FYI good luck

They were machined for smog ports by Ford and all the stock parts bolt up. I ass-umed that they had a CARB number but I may be mistaken. I see no reason why they would not have been CARB 'certed.
