I need to free up some cash & since these cars just sit alot, I might as well sell one of them for now...
1990 LX - Clean title & clean body asided from the paint chipping on the bumpers - $7500 or rolling for $3k obo. Possible trade for a good commuter + cash of course.
Dyno link when it did 410/410 whp thru old headers & 2.5" exhaust:
http://picsbychuck.com/Mustang/90LX347/Dyno.jpg
Link to my last updates on the '90 LX:
Progress on my black LX 410/410RW (PICS) - Corral Forums
2-20-10
Few more pics:
'90 LX: Motor, transmission, & rear end has less than 8k miles. Suspension & exhaust only about 500 miles tops. Dynoed 410RWHP/410RWTQ on 91 octane thru the previous 2.5" exhaust & has gone a best of 11.3 @ 121 with a 1.54 60' on 26x10" ET Drags with the previous stock suspension set up. Not sure what it dynoes now or what it will run since installing the new 3" exhaust & tubular/drag suspension set up. Feels very healthy tho & front end was just aligned.
*Motor:
Reggie Jacksons built shortblock 10.7:1 compression, Eagle cast crank, Lunati rods, Ross flat top pistons with reliefs for any large valve heads, COMP ProMagnum 1.6 roller rockers, COMP pushrods, AFR 185s with exhaust ports polished, RPM II intake, Custom HiTechMotorsport Cam, Canton 7 quart oil pan, Billet Racing balancer, FRPP 30lb. injectors, 70mm TB, C&L 76mm MAF and TrueFlow inlet tube, MSD 6AL, MSD blaster coil, MSD cap & rotor, Ford Racing 9mm wires, Be-Cool drag radiator, high flow water pump, PT Cruiser electric fan, 200 amp alternator, March relocation bracket, March pulleys, & Energy Suspension motor mounts.
*Exhaust: Ceramic coated BBK 1 3/4" long tubes (ports/inner welds cleaned up) with Dr.Gas 3" ball/socket connectors welded up, full 3" exhaust; Dr.Gas X-pipe, & 2 chamber mufflers with dumps.
*Trans/rear:
Centerforce Dual Friction clutch, MaximumMotorsports quadrant, Tremec TKO transmission, Steeda Tri-Ax shifter, FRPP aluminum driveshaft, FRPP 3.73 gears, Explorer carrier, Superior forged 31-spline axles, & TA billet girdle.
*Suspension/wheels:
Flaming River manual rack (FR1890 deluxe kit), Momo steering wheel, AJE K-Member, D&D A-Arms, MMR ooil-overs, 175lb. street/strip springs, Strange adjustable struts, MaximumMotorsports CC plates, round-tube subframe connectors, cut stock rear springs, Tokico shocks, SSM lower control arms, & Weld Draglites, 15x3.5 & 15x8's with fairly new street tires.
*Misc:
'93 Cobra grill insert, Saleen wing, AutoMeter Monster Tach, trunk mounted battery with Taylor aluminum box, & 255lph in tank pump.

Yup the only thing I would change on it now if I still owned it that fucking thing was loud. It made good power for a mismatched setup though. I wish I knew more then but hey you live and learn .

GL with the sale Nick.
I remember being interested in buying this car about two years ago for around the same price you are asking now...
Perfect example of a car that has much much more invested than the asking price. Been there, done that.
By the way, what has been done since it laid down 410/410

Suspension: AJE K-member, D&D A-arms, MM CC plates, MMR coil overs, Strange adjustable struts, & alignment.
Exhaust: Ceramic coated BBK 1 3/4 LTs, 3" Gr.Gas X-pipe, 3" Thrush 2 chambers, & cleaned up the inner welds on the headers.
So it should be lighter & faster than before lol! Also swapped out the gray leather seats for LX cloth seats if that helps any

I've always liked this car, good luck on the sale. Wasn't there a video of the car floating around a while back? I think it was a walk around with it idling, I could be thinking of a different car though.

Thanks man. I was at a cross-roads, but ultimately, after spending $20K on it, I no longer wanted to dump another penny into it.
Sometimes I do wish I did a 347

yup..i aint faulting u for doing what u gotta do. once the car changes hands the new owner obviously is not obligated to keep the car as the previously owner did. too bad u didnt get to enjoy it long enough...at least taking it to the track once.haha
