I could be wrong, but i think u got ur info alittle wrong. i know someone who had 3 of 400 82 chp mustangs.

The chp had mustangs 82-93 there was also various agencies throughout the nation that had them .If you would like more info there are 2 websites dedicated to the ssp mustangs they are sspmustang.org or specialservicemustang.net they are very informative and usually have the most up to date info about for sale ssp's
