I am located in Daly City. The clutch disk is just the only thing I am selling from the assembly... I kept the Centerforce pressure plate for my TKO600. I don't see a part number on the disk but it is the stage1/stage2 disk... basically the stock replacement from Centerforce. Thank you for looking.

Will it work with the stock PP? I am not sure since I went with the whole Centerforce setup. I will take some pics this weekend and probably add a couple more things.
