Included is a spec stage 1 pressure plate with approx 20k miles on it and a spec throwout bearing with the same miles. Also included is a cobra clutch disc with approximatly 5k miles on it. I beleive the diffrence in the spec stage 1 and stage 2 is just the disc. Spec is a very popular clutch kit in the 5.0 crowd. The pressure plate and disc do not show abnormal wear for the mileage and the pressure plate can be turned if you really want to. Personally I would just install it as is.
I blew up my t5 (twin turbos) So I upgraded to a used tko tranny that uses a 26 spline clutch disc. I used the spec disc and cobra pressure plate and throwout bearing in my car. There is no compatibility problems with using the diffrent parts. I just liked the feel of my cobra pressure plate so I stuck with it
