I believe its in the engine compartment,on the passenger side around the maf sensor.there is two relays but dont know which one.I know this because I used a 93 5.0 harness to make an EFI conversion into a 62 f100.

He is correct and it is the green one. Just under the MAF.

i think 87-91 they did have the relays under the seats. from 92-93 they are in the engine bay near the MAF sensor.
