It needs to be sanded down, and repainted white..
is there anyone here.. or know anyone thats willing to do it, and will do a Great job?

And is there anyway anyone is willing to do the job and accept a monthly payment? Write a contractual agreement, hold pink slip (not car)until paid off...

nah everything still looks the same but it did get broken into but all is good now.he is just bored and don't know what to spend his money on.

if you need a shop let me know. i can recommend a shop that painted my 92 fobra for a pretty reasonable price. i dont think any shop will do a payment plan though..u can ask maeco about the work as he's seen my fobra.
