summit sells a stock replacement waterneck with a place for a sensor in the bottom of it, mines in the manifold I have no clue where those hoses are on mine.

i deleted mine with no problem,sensor dont matter,the sensor that reads for the guage is on the other side.but the only thing is that if your running your EGR the line have hoses that keep it cool,but you can cap those or whatever i deleted my EGR.
