Just to let you know, you still need the airbag steering wheel to pass smog.

Yeah, they kinda frown on removing safety equipment. Its stupid but look at helmet laws, your the only one that gets hurt by not wearing one but its not your choice anymore.... [Frown]

My 93 passed every single one of its smog tests without the airbag wheel. Test only and non test only.
