rebuildable 351 roller blocks are hard to come by.....$400 seems reasonable for all that is included.

Or just sleeve my block. I can get blocks for about 200 but not a factory roller block. No big deal though you win some you lose some.
Posted by jph331 (Member # 665) on

Thats not a bad price. People quit being so damn cheap. That block will hold 700hp all day long. The roller block 351w are not as common as a 302.

This is JUST the block and you would have to pay shipping!!!!

$400 is a GREAT deal.

I've seen them go for more than that in the past. I'm not trying to get rich off this, just make my money back.... up until I unloaded it, I was going to use it.

I have 2 5.0 shortblocks already....... I have the room to store it, just not enough for the car and the motor and to work on it and to fab brackets....... I actually have a guy in Oregon that might PayPal me the money and come pick it up next month.

Space is my problem TOO. I have 3 blocks, 2 88-93 t-5's, 1 94 cobra tranny, 1 aod and 4 cars!!!!!!
Posted by asskickn88 (Member # 4957) on
:
I have room to store it, thats not the problem. I just don't have a sign out front that says "dead 351 storage" so I can't keep it.... in case you didn't get it, that was lame reference to Pulp Fiction. Just buy the motor, you can easily put one of those 87-93 5.0 shortblocks outside and slide this motor in its place!

Damn you....... Thats one thing I'd need to finish the swap. I guess if the tax money gets back soon I'll build it. How much you want for the bracket?
