Fear of the unknown and harder to resell if you put a bunch of money into it. Me personally I have bought salvaged titles before so it doesnt bother me as much. And the dude selling it seems to be pretty respected around here so that goes in favor as well.

I honestly have no clue as to why it was salvaged.As I said ALL the original panels are in tact,still has the original paint on all panels and there is no rust or signs of flood damage.
