There's no such thing as a rear fender on your mustang, there is a rear quarter panel, and if you need that then your going to have to go to the dealer to get it. And it is very expensive to have them put on due to the fact that you have to cut off the old one, weld and glue on the new one, then paint it and also blend the door. i know this because i work at a body shop.
