Well the swap would have to be ok'd by a BAR referee
first of all. This would be impossible due to the fact that it has aftermarket non C.A.R.B approved parts like the intake, the pulley, and the fuel system. If someone were to buy the vehicle they would have to worry about smogging it or do like I would do and just use it for the track.
