Didn't want to bring it here, but when you hang up on me or don't answer my calls when we had a deal what should I think. I asked you several times if there was any problems with the parts you received you stated everything was fine ...... what gives ?????

And now that I think about it. Who the fuck are you and why did you bring up something so damn old. The car you are talking about was sold hella long ago, and the dude that brought it from me has since sold it.

I told you I am out of town for a bit (work related). And trying to get my bro to take of my biz for me, doesnt seem like it will happen. I will take care of you when I get back in town. Just a bit harder to get over to you with the move and new office location. Believe me I wouldnt stiff no one over such a menial amount of money. Also I dont have the dash in my possession. So for the folks dont know the whole story wont get all in a bunch about it.

Matter of fact Tim if you have paypal, I can do it that way and grab the dash when I am in town again.

Nates been cool with me. Actually fronted me parts and took paypal payment at a later date.

He also purchased parts from me with no haggling and drove pretty far out of his way for them.

Another time I sent him some speaker grills and one showed up cracked. He could have made a fuss about it but didn't. I offered to pay for them but he said no.

I'm just posting my experiance with Nate. Not trying to take anyones side of this particular story. From the few time I've met him he seems to be a man of his word.

Not that I have to explain, but I just opened a new office location for my company and bought another house, so it is not easy to get over to that part of stockton right now. Plus my cousin no longer lives around the corner from Tim. So it is just a culmination of mitigating circumstances. Not to menttion my brother is a ass. I have done several deals here without a hitch. And this one is not intentional.

Not sure whats up with the 94gt dude.

Tim is a very cool cat and is very justified bringing it here. So no love lost there. Its just a mixture of bad timing, distance and too many things going on right now. I take 100% responsibility for this. Not sure why I didnt think of paypal before now. But we will get it right. Still not sure what is up with the 94gt cat, didnt know I "HAD" to sell him my car exclusively.

I NEVER had a problem with you, I just could not for the life of me figure out what was going on
after our previous dealings and contact and then couldn't get ahold of you for months.
I though you were a cool and stand up kinda guy and now that I know the situation and have contact with you I still feel that way.
I have always tried to work something out for those that needed help due to a situation, I just need to know what's going on.

Miscommunication and misunderstandings happen, its how these are handled in the end that matters.

I obviously don't know who you are so I have no reason to be anything but civil to you.
My problem is with Nate,he purchased the parts from me, picked them up, and failed to completely pay what was owed. This goes all the way back about 5 months ago. There has/was no threats ever made. If you are his brother and wish to take care of this I would appreciate it. I don't understand why he can not contact me, he has my home#, cell#, PayPal info, E-mail, and knows where I live.

I will attempt to contact you on his cell #
as well as PM you my info.

When you talk to him have him contact me

Hopefully this will be taken care of and all will be right.

NEVER do business with N8Y8. Busy or not, this should of been handled along time ago! Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY can make a little time to settle debts, disputes, and basically just make things right. That was obviously not the case here, as you can see. Several months later and still no resolution. IMHO you are due more than what he owes you for time wasted and time lost. Sorry to here about this. Sucks to see that some people can't keep up their side of the deal/bargain, especially when its at the expense of the other party. I say take legal action,.....you've come to the end of the road.

Ok for one, I dont have his paypal info on hand. And you didnt provide a phone number to me in the pm. So which ever happens first. I get Nates paypal info or you give me the contact info directly. Neither has happened yet. I never used paypal so I dont know how.

nm, Nate called right as I sent this. Money sent. Again, this is my fault and not so much Nates. And blown67 I have actually took my brother to your house to buy parts before and it went off without a hitch. So not sure why all the bandwagon riders. But this is the nature of the internet I guess. And Tim (Nate told me your name). I told you I didnt have access to his vmail and requested contact info. I could have delivered the money yesterday in person.

Believe me, the folks here have no effect on the debt being paid. It was paid because it was owed and it was the right thing to do. I nor my brother intended it to get this bad. And as I said it was more my fault than his. And judging by the so few bandwagon riders to pop in I would assume that most people know that my brother is good dude. And yes that was my brothers wifes account. And what does that matter? In any event, thanks to the folks who read this and kept going and to those that vouched for my bro. I have been with my brother on several of his parts run and been around when he fronted parts to people that had cars stolen, wanted to pay later and just gave the parts away because he is cool like that. So out of 100 or more transactions one went bad. Not a bad ratio.

So Tim my brother said he will talk with you when he gets back in town.

lol...your reply is in the middle of the quote, I had to pick it out. Actually you guys are reading into it wrong. I have been let it go. This fella is the one trying to throw shade on me. Your reply should be directed at him not me. And as for my brother, sh*t I am actually helping him avoid getting beat up. I have already talked my brother out of it several times. And I assured him Dave is not worth it. But he and Dave had a back and forth on some post and I just was letting Dave know to let that one go. Which prompted him to look up my bros screen name I guess and pulled this thread up. Dave is a coward. Cowards are the worst type of people to cross paths with. Plus I know way too much about Dave. WAAAAAY too much. As for me going to jail, wont happen. I came to conclusion long ago, that ass whoopin or not he will be him. I am content with the 2 jobs that were missed by my recommendation and the 3 people that I diverted from going to him for automotive work.
