3rd annual "Stang Up The Bay" March 21st, 2010

Come out to the 3rd annual Stang Up The Bay as we celebrate the Mustang and promote Mustang enthusiasm around the Bay Area. With over 75 cars in attendance last year, this is one of the premier cruises in the Bay Area. All Mustang enthusiast and car clubs are invited.

Starting Points:

Sac Area: Ikea - 700 Ikea Ct, West Sacramento, CA 95605 meet up at 9:00 a.m. depart at 9:30 a.m.

Cen Cal Area: Sonics - 3080 N. Naglee Rd, Tracy, CA 95304 meet up at 9:45 a.m. depart at 10:15 a.m.

East Bay (rest and gas break 1hr): Walmart - 8400 Edgewater Dr, Oakland, CA 94621. meet up at 11:00 a.m. depart a 12:00 p.m.

South Bay (rest break 30min): Foothill College - 12345 El monte Rd, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 meet up at 12:45 p.m. depart at 1:15 p.m.

Route:

Sac Area: 80 to 880 to Oakland

Cen Cal Area: 205 to 580 to 238 to 880 to Oakland

East Bay: 880 to 237 to 85 to 280

South Bay: Foothill College to Skyline BLVD to 92 to 280 to Pier 39

*This event is to promote positive Mustang enthusiasm around Northern California: Burnouts, Racing and Donuts will not be tolerated by Stang Up Fam, local police departments and CHP

I also need you guys to respect stangup and others around you that will be attending this event. A lot of hard work, planning and money goes into this event and all it takes is 1 person to screw it up. "Stang Up The Bay" is not the time nor place to show off how well you can do donuts, or how much smoke you can create from your tires. There is nothing to prove to stangup. I'm sure you can do donuts and burnouts well and better than most. If a donut or burnout is performed on this event, I'll consider it as you crashing our event. This will be disrespectful to me and my club. It's like, as a kid you spend time and effort to build up your lego castle. Then some hater kid sees this bad ass lego castle you're building and crashes it after you've tried to build the biggest and best lego castle ever. Lol it didnt work like that for my friends 50... it ran out right in front of pier 39, had to push it and find a gas station, then we get to the gas station and my cars fuckin key cylinder breaks... Stuck at the gas station for 30 minutes, then finally made it to the top floor of the garage.. and bought a gas can for 5 bucks...

BUT I ENJOYED THE WHOLE THING... it was fun going through the mountains, now i gotta get a new key cylinder, and some trim pieces cause i basically jacked my own car. lmao but it was fun, that was my experience with the stang up fam, looking forward to being a member.
