Cant please everyone...I miss how it was last summer, the old Sunsplash GTG's were fun & there were up top 50 cars out a few times. Now you roll up there its like the same 5-10 cars & everyone just wants to hop on the FWY & race. Sunsplash aint that close 4 me, so in order for me to drive out there, it has to be worth it with these current gas prices. If there are only gonna be 5 people out there, Im cool, Ill stay home.......

The cruise he is talking about at Home Depot was thrown together by Epik...Sunsplash is a strike for us to roll out there every week, thats why we set up the Home Depot thing. Should do it again.

I hope to see everyone out there. The first couple of GTG we throw are usually small. But if it was anything like last year MORE AND MORE showed up and like Dustin said alot of cars showed up. Last meet we had 53 cars. So don't get discouraged by the first couple just know you showed up for the love of the game and everyone will follow. Tell all your friends about it. Like I said ALL are welcomed.

Yes, it is his clutch. Apparently, it was smashed to pieces when the tranny was pulled. So far, FFP's view is that RPS is going to warranty the broken clutch disc.
My Cobra will be down for a minute as well. I burned a little too much clutch last weekend in Wheatland.

Its gonna be hard for some of us to get out there since Mustang Madness lasts until 10pm. Well actually I'll probably be the only one out at the cruise who raced their car at the track LOL. Everyone else wants to wait and race on the freeway!! hahah...I'll be racing the Fox but I'll cruise the Cobra. Shit I might only get 1 run in, hope they don't boot me.

All,
Well apparently, all of the imports get together yearly at what they call the "Lollicup" meet. Its in Roseville. Last year, they had over 150 cars. So, I was talking with Jesse and if we can get some cars over at Sunsplash and drive over to Lollicup, we might be able to eat some rice.
The catch is that I think the meet ends at 9PM. So, it may or may not work with all of the people at Mustang Madness.

I never understood why everyone has to park like away from each other. The whole point of these GTG is to park as a group then come out and introduce yourself. Get to know people etc. That way the next one you don't feel like a lone ranger lol. It all fun. I had a great time seeing of you guys.

Hey I was talking with Dustin acouple days ago. I know some of you guys come from the south area. Dustin and I were thinking it would be a good idea maybe one week to host the GTG at sunsplash then the next time we have another GTG we can host it at the Home Depot. I don't know what Home Depot you guys hung out at so you will have to fill me in! Also I don't know if we'll get any heat from chillin at the Home Depot but its worth the try. Only reason I host them at Sunsplash cuz thankfully we all haven't got'n ran out. Plus everyone knows thats usually the spot to meet and there's plenty of room for us. Throw out some suggestions etc. for what you would like to see at the next GTG. Talk to everyone soon.

yeah, it was a nice turn out.
after we got swarmed on by all the cops in natomas i sat over by the movie theater for a few minutes to let the heat cool down because i didn't make it out with every one else. then headed out by in and out. but as i was leaving a semi truck squished the passenger front of my car and popped off my one piece head light along with other hood and fender damage. Lol..
