Okay..

Date: June 16th, 2007

Meeting place: Large Parking Lot next to McDonald's on Sunrise

Planned Time: 10AM to ???PM

Destination: Tahoe...

Route: Yet to be determined

Plan:

- Start on time,

- Take a route and have some fun on the Highway

- Then stop along the way for Photo OPS!!!! At least 2 to 3 photo ops will be researched

- Have Lunch in Tahoe and then cruise back home


LIST:

We have over 40 participants so far and would enjoy having a bunch more come along.

A lot of guys form SacFbody's will be there as well.

Let me know who else wants to come along...

Okay I threw something together, see if you guys are ok with it. Start out at Sunrise and 50, shoot up 50 into Tahoe.... Pretty much non-stop unless we need to pull over for something. Maybe stop at Millers Outpost since the parking lot should be big enough to park everyone's car. Then we can figure out where to eat and shit. Either on the strip, or we can wait till later and continue to North Shore. I'm thinking for a scenic drive, rather than just go down the strip and back, we go up 89, stop around Emerald Bay for some pictures, and continue into North Shore. Maybe stop somewhere around Kings Beach, hang out down there or whatever, and decide which way to come back. We can either back track, or shoot up 267 to I-80 and take that home. Should fill up the day, be a cool drive..... Here's some mapping and shit. Post up any other suggestions you may have, nothing is set in stone.

This is all good, I'd be all for a cruise to Tahoe, but why is this scheduled the day before the Altamont Cruise I put together [Confused] ? I would imagine most people would plan to be at one or the other, but not both...kinda "cockblocks" both cruises don't ya think?

Prolly cuz he's been planning this one a lot longer. Started talking about this way back in march/april on his site (the local forum). The date has been finalized since 4/2. I'd love to go on either, but I work weekends.

yeah sorry dude...I have been planning this for awhile..and I can't change the dates....I hope it doesn't spoil either one....but I realize a lot fo the bay area guys don't want to drive that far...it could be a far ass trip for them...

OKAY this is the moment of truth......how many people are going to show for this.............. i will be there as long as i am not the only guy showing up..... it sounds like it will be a cool trip.........and it is a awsome drive..........but saturday is sleep in day.......... i hope to see a good number of us out there...............take it easy see ya in the morning.......

Damn fellas I wanted 2 ride out. But the cobra's still down and out. Ima miss this and the other cruise. Guess ima have 2 just see @ the bbq. Make sure u take some good pics tomorrow
