Also we will have a catering service by the name of PopNSons BBQ that will be at the show as well!!! Yummm!
This is our very first swap meet show so take advantage of it!!!!!!

Disclaimer: As always, Cafords expects the very best behavior from all of our outstanding 6000+ members. Anybody and everybody is welcome to show up, have a good time, and make some money too! All we ask, is that our members do not sell shady things at our meets that would reflect badly on our site. When in doubt, ask yourself if you would get in trouble if we found out what you were selling. If the answer is YES, leave it at home. Farmers Insurance was nice enough to allow us to use their lots. Lets be on our best behaviors as I know you all will be!
Burnouts, littering, and sideshows are NOT ALLOWED and subject to corrective action.
Weather is looking good as well! Bring suntan lotion!!
Weather for June 3rd!
Help us publicize this event!!!!! Printer-Friendly Flyer for the Show
Thanks! [ June 01, 2006, 10:32 AM: Message edited by: SpdDevl ]

Good question Ian, We have it set up as first come, first serve on parking lot space. Prime location is key to selling so get there early if you can. See everyone there!
On edit: I still have some 2006 special edition calendars from this years' contest. I will have those for dirt cheap as well as some Cafords stickers for our members until we run out.

Another good question, That is to be determined based on getting a bbq available to me to take to the show. Also, if members are willing to pay $5 a person for food, we can gladly have that arranged. I would like people's thoughts on this

Is there going to be a restroom near by? I know it was unpleasant to use the one at Treasure Island, I can only imagine how the ladies felt trying to, IF they even did try and pee in the mens bathroom, i know my lady wanted nothing to do with the bathroom at TI, even i had a hard time trying to hold my breath and pee'ing

Stoneridge Mall is right accross the street. However, the boys can, like Jesse says, go behind a tree and squat (there are plenty nearby). Girls are going to be out of luck unless they want to walk accross the street.
As for bbq, I am still working on getting a grill from someone in order TO bbq. Plus we need someone who wants to do the grilling for everyone.

why doesn't everyone pay 5 bucks now and get it catered or something? after people pay they can print tickets or something. if not catered pay some company to come out and cook, then they can sell there goods.

All details have been taken care of Mel dont worry
As for the bathrooms, Im sorry to everyone who is bringing a girl. Being one myself, I realize that I will have to go accross the street to do anything. Sorry about that folks. I will remember that for our next show promise.
As for the bbq, I will discuss the possibility of having the paypal link up to pay ahead of time for the bbq and I will talk to Virgil about bringing his grill. I will let you guys know what we come up with. Just plan to be there and ready to sell your parts. Think of it as a great opportunity to get to know your fellow sellers and see what you are really getting in person.
Don't miss this debut show!!!

That can definitely be arranged. We will probably be selling the last of the calendars, the t-shirts we have left, and giving out some stickers.

I know a guy that just started a BBQ company/restaraunt called Pops N Sons BBQ. I can ask him how much he would charge per person if you would like for him to cater. The only thing about it is that he must have a certain amount of "for sure" purchasers because he's scared that he'll lose money buying all the suplies in advance. Let me know if you'd be intersted in this Lauren
