I've been there the last 4 years in a row. It's cool if you like old school hot rods. I do, that's why I love to go. Me and my fiance will be there this year again the 5,6&7. The second weekend is always the best. Pm me if you or anyone else wants to chill, gamble or go clubin'. I'm taking my 'stang up there too if any one wants to roll up there also.

The whole week will be filled with great events!Go to my link I posted and click on event schedule to the left hand side. It will come up with all the things that will be going on there. For example cruises, car show n' shines, award ceremonies, movie nights, and even simulated Nascar driving! Check it out

I remember the good ole days of Hot August nights, streets open til you went home. I use to live 80 miles away from Reno, been to Hot August Nights quite a few times.

Have a few friends in Reno, perhaps i might go and "visit" them for a day, and stay the night there!

TRAFFIC IS GOING TO SUCK!!! Glad i know an alternate route, may take a lil bit longer, but wont be stuck goin 10mph all the way back home!

I am going. Meeting my cousins there with my parentsw and maybe my GF. Most likely will spend the night at Atlantis the best casino there
I am also gonna go to the Summit car show and see if i can get an discounts on parts i want

Eldorado is far nicer and has 10x better comps and the Peppermill is the nicest place with a little less comp value. I'll be there Wednesday - Sunday on the Eldorado's dollar

I have gone twice before in the past. It is pretty fun. Just make sure that you have somewhere to stay for sure. Also make sure you have any and all ways to make your car un-steal able. Lots of people up there!

sure. I don't know what i am taking. My dad is probably going to roll is Lightning and if my girl wants to come maybe i'll take the Mustang since my Jeep is down again Highly modified cars don't stay running very long do they

just wanted to know what hotels or motels there were if you are under 21, im 20 and all i see is casino hotels and you cant get a room if you not 21 can some one help me out i really want to go but i can find a hotel or motel any help would be great thanks

i've heard its impossible to get a hotel room during the hot august nights. I am not sure if this is true. I hope to still get one if not its ok i only live an hour or so away

hopefully me and my buddy its50 are going in his LX Hatch Grey With Welds On it. If you guys see us say Whats UP! we are leaving right when i get off work today. hey haullinassmaro whats Fernly racing ?a drag strip or something out there. hopefully theres an event like that out there. id love to go

Like i said in another post yesterday while driving down to the Bay on 80 going the opposite direction towards reno every other car was a hotrod it was tight. Didn't see any after Auburn though.
