Apex Motorsports is proud to announce our Grand Opening/ Car Show to be held on May 14, 2005 10AM-4PM. Registration is only $10 if you register early… PLUS we will throw in a FREE T-Shirt and goodie bag loaded with cool stuff! Several clubs have already committed to attending the event bringing the car total at this time to over 40… we are targeting to have over 100 vehicles on display! Included in the cars displaying are the Griggs Racing Factory Racing Team Car! Don’t miss out of on this event as it will be one of the largest gatherings of Mustangs and Ford Performance Vehicles in Northern California this year. Lots of FREE prizes will be given away including free MP3 Players, Free Dyno Certificates, Car CD/ MP3 Players, and much more!

Vendor/ Manufacturer Booths will also be present to allow you to speak to manufacturer representatives! Ask the questions you’ve always wanted to! Expert tech advice straight from the manufacturers! As the highlight of the manufacturer booths, we will have Bruce Griggs(Founder of Griggs Racing & the Father of the Tubular K-Member, Torque Arm, & Panhard Bar for the Mustang) hosting a 1 hour seminar about Mustang Suspension Technology ending with a Q&A session!

DEFINITELY BRING THE PANTERAs!! I LOVE THOSE CARS! That is why we have a "OTHER" section on the Car Show Form! In fact, we worked on one about 2 weeks ago. If you can get 10 or more Panteras to show up I will provide 3 trophies and open ANOTHER class just for the Panteras!

It looks like we are going to have over 120 vehicles show up for the show.. we are hoping to get over 150!

So far we have over 60 cars committed and it looks like we'll be having over 10 Demataso Panteras to show also. We are also working on having a 2005 Ford GT on display also.... we'll let you know what happens on the 2005 Ford GT. BUT, I need you guys to register ASAP because we will be adding more categories for the trophies and want to see what categories we need to add. We will definitely be expanding the Mustang category from 79-2005 to

64-1973 Mustang
79-93 Mustang
94-99 Mustang
2005 Mustang
Saleen/ Roush/ Steeda/ Shinoda
93-2004 Bullitt /Mach 1/ Cobra

Also, tell all your friends about the show and encourage them to show their rides! Remember, the costs is ONLY $10 and you get a FREE T-Shirt and goodie bag!

BTW, would you guys be interested in paying for the registration by Paypal or credit card? If so please send your Paypal payment to Apex@surpluscomputers.com. After you send in your payment to Paypal PLEASE SEND IN YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. When you send in your Registration form AFTER the Paypal payment PLEASE WRITE down your Paypal transaction ID number on the registration form OR print out a copy of your transaction receipt.

We have OVER 80 cars PRE-Registered for the show already and should have over 100 Pre-Registered by the time the show arrives. There should be over 200-250 Stangs at the show from the attendees and show participants.

BTW, is anyone bringing a video camera? AND is it digital? The reason I am asking is we are making a video for the show and need some camera-people to help provide footage. After the footage is taken it will be sent to Socal to have it cut up and make a REAL NICE 30 minute video!

ALSO, we will be making a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT about next years Apex Motorsports All Ford Car Show. You won't wan't to miss the announcement!

We are still working on the Ford GT because the owner may not be in town this weekend and we are going to see if someone can drive it down.. we'll c what happens. There should be enough parking in ajacent parking lots for anyone who wants to cruise down to just check out the cars.

Any far East Bay folks looking to get together and roll down to Apex on Sat. 14th? I'll be coming from Discovery Bay so wouldn't mind meeting up with other stangs maybe at Safeway in DB, or somewhere in Pleasanton, or perhaps the McDonalds in Fremont at 680 and Mission. I'm not entering the show, so anytime on Sat. works for me. Just want a couple hours at the show to check out the rides.

We like to thank everyone who has pre-registered for our show.. the total number of vehicles registered is over 90 so far with more signing up daily! Yeah great turn out but was I the only one that thought that it was a little unorganized. And the voting kinda sucked cause I heard wether u got a first place vote or third place vote it was only worht one point. So a person with all third place votes could have beat one with all first.

Thnax to the boys down at Apex, good turnout, they were cookin' their butts off on some burgs and dogs. LOTS of mean rides. Missed all the voting cause I went on the Gallop around the Bay...which was a great turnout too. I'll definitly have to get registered next time....I sure had my fill of Stangs today.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! I had an absolute blast talking with everyone and look forward to having alot more events in the VERY NEAR future!

Those are some REAL nice pics! Can I get a copy on CDR or DVDR of all the pictures you guys took? It would also be great if I can get a copy of any "Video Footage" anyone may have taken. We are trying to put together a Show DVD. BTW, does anyone have any pics of my son? He was the little boy cruising around in a Red Ferrari/ Lotus Pedal Car? If you do can you post them OR send them to me at mmak@apexmotorsports.com.... thanks

One thing we will be doing is having a monthly cruise which starts and ends at Apex on the same Saturday every month (ie ...1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th) This way anyone who wants to cruise will just show up at the shop and not have to worry about where to meet and all the other stuff... just show up and have a blast! ALSO, we will be providing FREE donuts & coffee for everyone who wants to come out for the cruise!

Thanks! The crazy thing about this show is that it will look like a bad dream compared to next years show! We are going to start doing a Knott's type show with over 400 vehicles with Ford Power!

BTW, can I get a copy of every single picture you took for our show that day? We are making a DVD about our show and want to get as mush as possible video footage and photos.
