I'm trying to put together a cruise,Starting from In&Out Burger on Tully,and then ending at Westgate shopping center, at Starbucks.The route will be,Via Capitol Expressway, Hillsdale, San Thomas Expressway,Left on El Camino Real, U-Turn at Lawrence Expressway, Back to San Thomas Expressway,And then down Saratoga ave, to Westgate Shopping center.....Or left on Lawrence to Prospect? Anyway that is the plan....Any suggestions?

yep. you will get a lot of cars spread out or lost with that many lights. Not to mention huge exposure to police. You may wanna cruise on some back roads and have a meet in a parking lot instead

True there is alot of lights....And if we leave in bunches of 10 to 15 vehicles ..and stay on the expressways..it should pan out...I have cruise with my club in a group of ten....You just use two lanes drive the speed limit..and when we reach the El Camino...the other bunches should be on the other side of the El camino...Sounds right?Ther are three lanes all the way there...

Thanks for all the input.....Are you Mustang's ready or what? I think this could turn out to be a Stang cruise? .......Off the subject..is there any Mustangs out there with an air-ride suspension? I realize horsepower is the main reason to have a pony..BUT I though I would ask ....

From IN & Out on Tully to Starbucks in Westgate shopping center....The route is as follows... Down Capitol south, turns into Hillsdale, Stop at the HomeDepot on the (r) to keep the groups semi together, Continue down as it turns into camden, which turns into San Thomas Exp. (L) On El Camino Real , (L) On Lawrence Exp, (L) on Prospect, (L) on Saratoga Ave(R) into Westgate..... To Starbucks where it ends

well the "cruise" was the shits but the parking lot pimpin i would be down for again i mean i was barley parked when damn near everyone jumped in their stangs and started mashing out. well anyway couldnt stay toooo many police for my taste but a big for the massive turnout at in and out that place was packed. I'll be waiting for the next official cruise lauren... to bring out my ride again.

yah, well, the tightest part of that cruise was when me and my buddy drove home on 280, i mean fuck noone went to any meet spots and noone was at the end....We ended up driving the whole thing with no other cars ever to be found, i mean what the fuck happened to everybody? I could have drove around my block and done the same thing, if your gonna put on something like this then stick to the plans that you tell everyone your gonna do...

At least i know now not to ever drive to san jose for a mustang gtg again....i can just cruise by my boys house and it would be the same thing lol

Shaun i didnt see the car in the lot...did you powdercoat the gastank or someshit so you aint drivin it?lol

And albert, your car finally runs tits, tuned perfect, so i understand why you didnt take it out

well ya redsinner was not at the event, plus the planned route was left behind on an earlier post but when we stopped on hillsdale in front of the starbucks, instead of continuing the cruise down hills dale everyone flipped a bitch while all the lowrider trucks kept goin. what was up with that. anyways when we got back to in n out and decided to go on another run we went down capitol and when we got on monterey road everyone smashed about 15 mustangs smashed i was the last one on the line of them, and everyone behind be stayed back. we got to santa clara street, made a left went down till alameda stopped at the gas station for whoever needed gas and came back up santa clara towards capitol to go back to in n out, and man i feel sorry for the guy from stallions with the blue roush, he got pulled over down town on like 20th street, that sux man, i dunno what he popped u for but anyways the cruise was koo while it lasted and the number of stangs in the lot was tight, cant wait till the next stang cruise, hopefully bigger turn out with more stangs and more organiztion, mybe next time the cruise starter will show up, shit if i have to ill start the next cruise and ill be there!!!!!!!!!!!! late and have a nice day

Red Sinner WTF? Had a good turnout, after the organizer flaked, we tried to coordinate on the fly, didn't work to well, it appears. Stayed together for a bit, then within an hour or so we blended right in with the normal crowd in SJ. Too bad, coulda been cool. I'm sure the next official meet will be better.

Lauren, it was nice to meet ya, but don't shoot me, I was only the messenger JK.... Girlfriend was none-to-happy. Cya'll on the next one.

well, yeah I guess if was fun while it lasted. the first cruse down capital was fun. then everyone realized no one was leading, so thats when we came back to in&out. when we left for santa clara street, I started following a bunch of mustangs, and they where going the opposite direction, so I split off, turned around, and headed towards downtown. I eventually ended up in a parking lot on santa clara street and we got a small group back together, then headed back to in&out and got some food.

oh, and I'm sorry to the guy in the blue mustang that I scared the shit out out when I backfired my car under the overpass.

i think it'd be more risky to go to an official event. lol

from last night what i saw everything was koo other than the organizer showin up and not havin someone to lead this shit. other than that, nobody got in trouble or got pulled over other than the blue roush from the stallions, but if we all CRUISE then nobody should have anything to worry about, and official meets can also have problems because if cops see a whole gang of stangs they will be dicks and also the parking lot store or security in this case can be dicks too, so no matter where or how offiacial it is cops will always be in the back of everyones head and have the chance of getting kicked out ticketed or any other nonsense, but ya i am down for the next official meet.

wasssup man, that was a nice stang you were in

the cruise kinda went haywire after the stop at the home depot. after a couple U turns we all figured out what we were doin. lol. fun cruisin with ya.
oh yea, the guy in the blue roush is just a friend of the stallions for now, he just got it. He ended up gettin a ticket for goin 43 in a 35 zone cop musta been a dickhead. mikey's radar detector saved me cuz i was behind him and he slowed way the heck down.

The cruise was cool up until I almost rearended the shit out of some truck and when everone got slit up. I ended up gettin lost with another stang we posted at some albertsons parking lot. But another than those slight mishaps it was pretty cool. I was in the mineral gray 04gt with SLP loudmouth catback. Did anyone see me dodge that truck on the way back to in n out?

Yah i rolled my white silverado out there when i rolled up to home depot "late" didnt see anyone and than i heard a god damn parade of stangs rip down capitol i mashed to catch up but those babies were quick i finally caught up at in and out and when i rolled in ther must have been like 50 cars and 20 bikes i mean that place was parking lot pimpin so i rolled through real low and parked talked to a couple cool folks and than just as i was about to go get food everyone started up there engines and started doing some very st*** sh** its all good what ever yall do but that def. why i didnt bring my purple 50 out too many chances to get hit by someone doing something stupid and #2 i would have had damn near every 5.0 out there trying to race me and i mean come on its a little to fast for the street. Rather than that lots of people just need a little more organization and a leader see you all at the next offical cruise or show or whatever the hell it is...
P.S. even in my truck a another truck tried to race me
Also when i rolled up i had my cafords sticker on my back window but no one but a few people from cafords came over to say hi oh well see yall soon

The cruise was OK. Just the fact that it was a bit unorganized made it a disappointing. We did have fun rolling with so many stangs among other cars, just wished it would have been a bit more organized. I was in the White '97 COBRA along with another white COBRA, Teal GT, DARK BLUE GT, GREY GT and BLUE Chevelle. IF there is going to be another cruise we're down for it and we'll bring out more cars!

So the event organizer did not even have the decency to show up to his own event?

This is why we always have problems with random people from obscure websites promoting their small haphazard events here. People should request permission before using cafords to promote their own events.

To save yourself from further disapointment, stick to events from the name you trust with years of documentation to back it up.
